PrimeRP | Server Rules

1. General Conduct

• Treat everyone with respect. Racism, harassment, slurs, or toxicity are not tolerated.
• Exploiting, hacking, or using unauthorized modifications is forbidden.
• No advertising other servers or communities.
• Follow staff instructions at all times.

2. Role-Play Standards

• Stay in character at all times; no breaking RP or mixing OOC and IC chat.
• Metagaming: using out-of-character info in RP = punishment.
• Powergaming: forcing unrealistic actions or ignoring role-play consequences = punishment.
• FearRP: value your life — act realistically when facing threats.
• FailRP: actions that ruin immersion (e.g., GTA-style stunts) are not allowed.

3. Crime & Law Enforcement

• All robberies, kidnappings, or major crimes must have a clear role-play reason.
• No random killing (RDM) or using vehicles as weapons (VDM).
• Do not bait law enforcement just for fun.
• You must comply when arrested unless you have a legitimate escape plan.

4. New Life Rule (NLR)

• After death you forget all events leading to it.
• You cannot return to the same scene or seek revenge immediately.

5. Communication

• Use clear, realistic voice chat for RP.
• No out-of-character conversations during scenes.
• Use the appropriate radio channels or proximity chat where applicable.

6. Jobs & Factions

• Follow your department’s or faction’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Don’t impersonate emergency services or government workers.
• Keep role-play professional; avoid trolling while on duty.

7. Vehicles & Driving

• Drive realistically and obey traffic laws when in public RP.
• No off-roading supercars or reckless city drifting.
• Don’t use vehicles as weapons or for intentional griefing.

8. Economy & Trading

• No real-money trading (RMT) or selling in-game assets for real cash.
• All trades must use the approved in-game trade system.
• Duping, exploiting, or transferring items illegally will result in a permanent ban.

9. Properties & Businesses

• Properties and businesses must be used actively.
• Don’t buy assets purely to flip them for unfair profit.
• Scamming players OOC or through fake deals is not allowed.

10. Staff Interaction

• Respect staff and follow their directions during investigations.
• Don’t argue decisions in-game; use the ticket or appeal process.
• Staff decisions are final during live scenes.

11. Community & Discord

• Keep your Discord nickname the same as your in-game name.
• No NSFW or spam content in any channels.
• Follow Discord ToS and platform rules.

12. Punishments

• Rule violations may result in warnings, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans depending on severity.
• Staff have discretion to interpret and enforce rules fairly.
